While it makes managing your subscription super easy, the frustrations are endless when you can't even search for a product because it won't pop up. And you have to dig through every category in the hopes of finding it. And even then there's no guarantee. When you can't find it despite checking every category or typing it in the search bar you still have to go get on a website to get it to work. You can't move things from your favorites to your subscription either.

For six months,every time I login to check my autoship, my autoship date changes on its own with no email notification. Autoship is supposed to make ordering easier, but I spend so much time checking to make sure I'm actually going to get my order shipped each month. I don't want to lose my locked in discount. I spoke with customer service about this in January and a ticket was opened and closed. The issue has not been resolved, and now I'm reading others with the same issue. Please fix!

While an app is more convenient vs the website, it does not show order history. It does not follow through with the Live Clean credits adding them into any order. I have to call to have them used. I have had several times where I changed the smart ship date and the app moved it to the following year and has caused multiple orders to not be processed. This app is unreliable & I check monthly to see if my order has actually processed.
